Denise Robitaille Principal, Robitaille Associates, Southborough, MA, USA Denise Robitaille is a member to US TAG to ISO/TC 176 the standards developers responsible for ISO 9000 series of standards and chair of ISO/PC302, the new project committee on ISO 19011. Her latest book, published by ASQ is ISO 9001:2015 for Small and Medium Sized Businesses. 

For over 20 years, Denise has helped companies achieve ISO 9001 registration and derive benefit from their management systems. She is recognized internationally as a speaker, and has worked in numerous industries and government agencies.

Denise is the author of fourteen books, including the newly released The (Almost) Painless ISO 9001:2015 Transition, The Corrective Action Handbook Book and 9 Keys to Successful Audits.
