Prior to Universal, Mike founded the Quality Solutions Group (1996); a Business Education, Training and Workforce Development organization. QSG specializes in Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement Programs and ISO 9001 audit / registration preparation.

In 2000, Lean Six Sigma Associates was established to provide Education, Training and Certifications, for its domestic and international clients.

Michael has over 30 years of business experience in senior management positions; as a consultant; as a practitioner and as an educator.

His Operating and Management experience include the following areas of the Operations, Lean and Six Sigma Certification, Strategic Quality, Materials Management and Security.

Michael has been an APICS member and volunteer for thirty years, formerly served on the APICS Board of Directors as Executive Vice President. Mike is a frequent speaker at regional and international conferences.
