Based on the attendee feedback from last year, we made the following changes to our group hotel contract:
Complimentary Internet Access in Guestrooms for “ISO-LSS” attendees for arrival March 12 departing March 22, 2010.
Self parking fee of $5 will be waived for ISO-LSS attendees staying at the Rosen Plaza Hotel.
 Both the ISO 9000 Conference and the International Lean & Six Sigma Conference will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, in Orlando, Florida.

Rosen Plaza is located on International Drive, adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center. GROUP RATE
For single or double occupancy until February 5, 2010, the group rate is $178 per night plus applicable taxes. After this date, the room rate will increase significantly. Departure dates will be reconfirmed upon check-in. Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Shortened lengths of stay, thereafter, will result in a $50 administrative fee, plus applicable taxes and surcharge. No charge for children under 17 utilizing existing bedding.

GOVERNMENT PER DIEM RATE
A block of fifty (50) rooms at the Rosen Plaza Hotel shall be reserved at the 2010 prevailing government per diem rate. Currently, the government per diem rate is $ 133.00 per night. To reserve your room at the Government Per Diem Rate, please contact the Conference office directly as follows:
