Old Town Trolley Tour
The best tour of the city!
This is a hop-on, hop-off tour with10 stops throughout the city where guests have the option of getting off the tour and exploring the different areas. It is $36 for adults and $18 for children. The trolley picks up hotel guests every morning at 9 am, and hotel guests usually take advantage of hotel’s complimentary shuttle from Old Town at 4 pm. The trolley stops at each location every thirty minutes so you can get off and explore before getting picked up again; or, if you would prefer, you can just stay on the trolley and enjoy the narrated tour! The different Trolley Tour stops include:
Old Town San Diego State Historic Park:
Here you will be able to see a part of San Diego History, enjoy some delicious Mexican restaurants, a variety of specialty shops, and some great museums!
San Diego Harbor:
This is the home to some very special museums! The Maritime museum and the USS Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum are both local favorites. Harbor cruises that can take you around San Diego Harbor for one or two hour tours also depart from this location.
Seaport Village
One of my favorite small spots in San Diego! This little seaside treasure is full of shops and restaurants that are one of a kind, and it is a beautiful spot to enjoy a nice walk by the water!
