ISO 9000 & AUDITS WORLD CONFERENCE ABSTRACT
Auditing Top Management
The new ISO Directives mandate auditing of Top Management for management system audits of all types going forward. Edwards Deming estimated that up to 94% of all problems in an organization are management-controllable, not operator-controllable. Clause 5 in ISO 9001 and its sector-specific “spin off” standards define specific requirements for Top Management. In this session, Dan Reid, the first Delegation Leader of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) explains the key concepts to prepare your top management for their ISO audits. If you are pursuing third party ISO management system certification, this is a session you will not want to miss, and if you can, bring your boss!
