This workhop will provide participants with an inside look into the changes in the 2016 revisions of AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, and AS9115 aviation, space and defense quality standards, as well as the ISO 9001:2015 used as its foundation.
The entire AS9100 standard will be reviewed and tips will be provided on how to conduct assessments and what to look for as you conduct the gap analysis. This is a good time and opportunity to reinvigorate your organization's quality management system and ensure that it aligns with the strategic direction of the organization.
The workshop will also offer an opportunity to look inside the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), its strategy, the most current trends and developments, and discuss how a closed loop system works for a Quality Management System and the benefits it brings.
In today’s competitive business environment innovation in Quality Management System (QMS) is fast becoming less of an option and more of a requirement as executives look to improvements in qual¬ity and performance. Often, implementing and maintaining a QMS is viewed as just an added cost. However, organizations that have looked to QMS to help them lead their business find that a QMS is a great foundation to build an innovative and progressive orga¬nization around.
Whether you have an established Quality Management System or are just getting started, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge to confidently implement a quality management system, as well as those interested in the advance skill levels associated with the AS9100, AS9110 and AS9120 quality management standards.
