Georgi Brooks-Newton is part of the Dallas Center For Performance Excellence and is the Quality Systems Manager for the City of Dallas' ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 integrated management system. Georgi is a subject matter expert on implementing ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) into municipal government organizations. She successfully implemented and achieved certification of ISO 9001 into 16 City of Dallas departments, while also providing a platform for the integration of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 into the City of Dallas' ISO 9001 management system. Georgi is a successful, results-generating professional with extensive and diverse experience directing administrative, operational and technical staff in exceeding goals and objectives. She is a proven leader in problem solving and customer service, providing hands-on guidance in training/coaching/mentoring and change management. Georgi is considered to be a charismatic high-energy leader with a reputation for integrity and ethics. Her assertive efforts, delivered with sensitivity and passion have been exhibited in the high level of quality delivered in the services provided by the Center for Performance Excellence. Georgi is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
