Steve Green is the Director of Operational Excellence at TACG, LLC with over 20 years of federal government and private industry Lean Six Sigma and Management Systems consulting experience in multiple industries and environments. Steve is a retired United States Air Force veteran where he held senior positions leading efforts resulting in substantial achievements in supply chain and personnel support operations. Steve also served as a civil servant for 8 years with the Air Force where he held senior positions as Enterprise Architect for Supply Chain Operations business processes and later as Course Director/Lead Instructor for the United States Air Force Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. He brings in-depth process improvement experience including defining and executing strategies, implementing management systems, curriculum development, training, coaching, and mentoring personnel.
Steve received his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification both from the United States Air Force and Oriel Stat-A-Matrix. Steve has in-depth experience leading multifaceted process improvement teams delivering sustainable improvement results. These projects resulted in substantial cost savings, decreased process cycle and lead times, and more importantly, capacity increases to induct more products into the process and deliver quality products to customers.
Steve has served as a lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and performed internal audits to the AS9100D standard. He has developed Quality Management Systems certified to ISO 9001:2015 and developed and implemented the IAS accredited management system enabling TACG Certification Body to certify and register Quality Management Systems to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Steve has also served as Certification Manager reviewing ISO 9001:2015 audit documentation and making certification decisions based on audit results.
Steve earned a Master’s of Science in Management degree from Troy University. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education, Major Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.

Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces.
Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces.
Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.
Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.
