Ms. Beth Leonard is an award-winning speaker in her field; frequently invited to both local and international-level industry events to speak about such topics as customer satisfaction, organizational statistical analysis and metrics development, CMMI, ISO, management reviews and techniques, as well as quality assurance. She is a patient advocate and NET Cancer Ambassador, and recently filmed a live educational broadcast in conjunction with Carcinoid Cancer Foundation.
Ms. Beth Leonard is a well-respected executive with over 22 years of IT/IS management, quality assurance, and process improvement experience across the government contracting industry. She is an ITIL Expert, and has numerous certifications including ITIL Expert – Trainer – and Proctor, ISO Lead Auditor (ISO standards: 9001, 19011, 20000-1, 27001), A2LA accredited ISO/IEC 17020:2012 assessor, Black Belt Six Sigma, and PMP, and has strong experience in CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, and NIST SP 800.171/800.53 security controls. In conjunction, she is a certified FSO; understanding both industrial and cyber/information security best practices. She has previously held positions in the areas of program/project management, security management, service management, and all support functions within the software and service development lifecycles. Ms. Leonard has implemented and maintained customer satisfaction programs, organizational metrics programs based on Six Sigma methods, as well as corporate and project level quality and process programs based on best practices from ISO, ITIL, PMPBOK, and the CMMI frameworks and standards.
Ms. Leonard has had numerous successful appraisals for both CMMI for Services (Maturity Level 3) and CMMI for Development (Maturity Level 5) as well as multiple ITIL and ISO implementations – including single and integrated management system certifications for quality (ISO 9001), service (ISO 20000), and information security management (ISO 27001).

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.

Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces.
Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces.
Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.
Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.
