Renee strives for what she calls “Quality Utopia”. A place where the organizations Management System serves as the crystal ball. Giving leaders insight to their business, giving them data and clarity to make decisions to optimize and adjust their future state so they call always meet the needs and expectations of their customers. A system where people know and feel their value and understand how they fit into the bigger picture. Where improvements are born out of feedback from the system not just from audits. Where people are trusted and given responsibility, authority, and accountability to determine the improvements needed and how to proceed.
Renee is passionate about her work, her family, friends, and her loveable doodle dog. She enjoys working from her lake home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, remotely helping organizations realize the positive impacts of a well-designed, people-first Management System.
