David McTaggart has spent his entire 20+ year career enabling organizations to manage compliance effectively, implement efficient processes, grow, and thrive through the development of leading-edge software solutions aligned to critical business needs in audit management, accreditation and certification, quality management, and business process management. In every endeavor, he is focused on simplifying complex processes, optimizing user experience, and forging lasting partnerships.
David has amassed significant experience working with organizations regulated by ISO, ANAB, and ASME standards. He has worked with a broad range of clients including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Association of Tissue Banks, Target, Duke Energy, Advanced Auto Parts, and CVS, and has implemented over 100 software solutions focused on audits and evaluations, conformity assessment, accreditation and certification, standards development, and quality management.
David is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of ARMATURE Solutions Corporation, where he leads a team of software architects, engineers, and developers in creating cutting-edge software solutions. Earlier in his career he founded and led Powerlink Technologies, and SolutionsDevelopers, both respected for delivering advanced software solutions.
David is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is currently participating in an ASQ writing group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, is a devoted father of four children, and is a Journeyman in Kung Fu.

Who May Submit: This online form may be used by a principal speaker, co-speaker, contact person, or a committee member submitting on behalf of a speaker.
Multiple Proposals: You may submit multiple proposals.
Conference Registration Fee:
Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.
You will need the following to submit a proposal
Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces.
Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces.
Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.
Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.
Biography: The Biography must be 1,500 to 5,000 characters, including spaces.
