Terry A. Mors

Principle Consultant, ERM, Inc., Dexter, MI, USA

Mr. Mors is a Principal Consultant with ERM, with more than 39 years of experience providing environmental, health and safety, and product quality support for clients. His expertise includes working with organizations to improve efficiency, which may include implementing new management systems, improving existing systems, conducting management system audits, and conducting training. Terry has experience implementing and auditing independent and integrated management systems. His audit experience includes internal audits as well as conducting third party audits, and understands the registrar expectations regarding implemented and integrated management systems. His management systems experience includes ISO 14001, RC14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. This broad array of experience provides perspective necessary to consider the implications of integrating a management system. He has provided support to a diverse range of industries, including automotive, petroleum (refinery, pipeline, and terminal), chemical, pharmaceutical, mining, transportation, service and manufacturing. He has participated in the ISO 14001 development process, as a member of the US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to TC 207 for several years, during the development of ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 14001:2015. He has successfully help many organizations to implement new management systems, transition to updated versions of the ISO standard, and improve existing management systems to deliver improved performance.
