Lois has an MBA and a BS in Quantitative Business Analysis. She is a Probitas certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and is working towards renewing her certification as an Aerospace AA auditor. She has conducted hundreds of Registrar certification audits over 22 years and is currently working as a Lead Auditor at two Registrars.
Lois' industry experience includes that as a Program Quality Engineer, Process Control Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, and Internal Auditor at major commercial and defense companies. She is President of Profit Enhancement Group, LLC, which provides management system consulting, auditing, and training services. Auditing and consulting has allowed her to work with manufacturing and service organizations in the defense, aerospace, electronics, commercial, and medical industries. This has helped her fulfill her biggest passions which are working with organizations that have high expectations for their management systems, and helping people better understand how the ISO / AS Standards apply to their own organizations. Lois also owns a second business as a Microsoft retail software reseller, installer, and trainer, providing services and products for independent retail stores.
Volunteering time is important to Lois and includes being President of her city neighborhood association (3400 households with 7000 residents), providing guidance to empower residents. Lois is also a senior member of ASQ with membership in the Audit, Quality Management, and Service Quality Divisions and was a co-presenter at the 2009 ASQ Service Quality Division Conference.

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.
You will need the following to submit a proposal
Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces.
Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces.
Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.
Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.
Biography: The Biography must be 1,500 to 5,000 characters, including spaces.
