The Power and Effectiveness of Agile-driven Internal Audits
Internal Audit groups are continually challenged to provide more value to stakeholders while enhancing organizational influence and impact. The need to change is clear. Stakeholders are demanding value for services they are required to pursue, and auditors are increasingly challenged to provide value for their product and show meaningful impact to a stakeholder’s processes.
An Agile Internal Quality Audit is the intellectual approach an Internal Audit will utilize in conducting the internal audit process. It shall focus attention to relationships that begin with stakeholders, key personnel, product owner(s), and team members.
This presentation shall highlight these approaches and determine through relationship management, the keys to enhancing Internal Audits that actually produce tangible results that stakeholders are demanding in today’s audit environment.

Internal Audit groups should consider an Agile Internal Audit approach if they need to complete more audits in the same (or less) time, promote closer relationships with stakeholders, and deliver more relevant, higher impact reports with less documentation.
