Lisa Purcell

Director of Management Systems, TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc., Littleton, MA, USA

Lisa Purcell is the Director of Management Systems at TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc. In her role, Lisa oversees the sales, operations and technical teams, and works with auditors and customers to ensure there is a focus on systems program enhancement and improvement of results in manufacturing operations, driving compliance and supporting business-driven goals. She focuses first and foremost on impeccable project management, including attentive listening to client needs, concerns, and drivers. She clearly defines and communicates project objectives to her teams, implementing project controls and consistently advocating for project success. Her passion lies with empowering teams to strive for the successful execution of every client project. She has over 20 years of industry experience. Lisa began her career as an Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer with Essilor of America, Inc., a global leader in eyeglass lenses manufacturing. She then developed her project management skills while working for The Dextra Group, Inc., an engineering consulting firm specializing in environmental project management and program support. Most recently, Lisa owned her own business, LP System Solutions, LLC., where she focused on consulting services to support management systems, regulatory compliance, auditing and training of persons and clients to support a wide-variety of organizations, including several Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Lisa is driven by a desire to inspire and develop others. She sees herself as a student of leadership, always working to better herself and her teams. She holds a BS in Environmental Science and Policy, a BA in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences with a concentration in Chemistry and a MBA.
