The Audit Aftermath: How to drive and embrace change within your organization. Have you ever felt (as an auditor or auditee) a sinking feeling once the audit report comes back listing ALL the changes that need to be made? It can feel quite overwhelming and your team members feel it even more! How can you help change not be a "bad" word in the aftermath of an audit? In this session you will learn three reasons why people resist change and the corresponding ways in which you can "flip the switch" and engage your team members to drive and embrace it.
