Abstract

Over the last eighteen months, organizations have gone through a significant number of changes. More employees are working remotely, some employees have decided to retire, and the employee pool for hiring and retaining employees is at times challenging for organizations.

But the changes that the organization must manage are not just related to employees, organizations now have customers that want to conduct visits virtually, there may be a need to conduct internal audits remotely, or you may wish to have certification audits conducted remotely. Organizations are also faced with challenges on meeting on-time delivery requirements to their customers because they are faced with challenges with receiving needed raw materials for their suppliers.

Some of the challenges that organizations have been faced with recently may evolve and go away. However, some of the challenges that organizations have been faced with are the reality of the organization’s future. They are the new normal.

This workshop will review ISO 9001:2015 clause-by-clause. The information that will be provided will be helpful to any level of user whether you are just getting started or you have been using the standard for many years.

During the review of the clauses of the standard, there will be discussion on how the structure of ISO 9001 can help the organization not only maintain its quality management system but grow its understanding of how the fundamental requirements in ISO 9001 can help an organization in almost any situation when the requirements are used to help manage the change.
