In today’s competitive business environment innovation in Quality Management System (QMS) is fast becoming less of an option and more of a requirement as executives look to improvements in quality and performance. Often, implementing and maintaining a QMS is viewed as just an added cost. However, organizations that have looked to QMS to help them lead their business find that a QMS is a great foundation to build an innovative and progressive organization around. The aviation, space and defense industry works in an environment where quality and product safety are critical to success and being at the forefront of quality innovation is a necessity. Creatively managing risks and change in the industry are key to meeting the ever changing requirements and expectations.
This workshop will provide participants with an inside look into the innovative changes in the 2016 revisions of AS9100, AS9110, AS9120, and AS9115 aviation, space and defense quality standards, as well as the ISO 9001:2015 used as its foundation. The focus will be on how an organization can use existing standards and materials to build upon and improve your AS9100/AS9110/AS9120 standard certification or compliance. Whether you have an established Quality Management System or are just getting started, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge to confidently implement, maintain or better yet improve your quality management system, as well as those interested in the advance skill levels associated with the AS9100, AS9110 and AS9120 quality management standards.
Let's take your QMS to a new level.
