Fatema is a Management Systems Consultant at Resochem Consulting Services, a leading management system certification consultancy firm in the Middle East, based in Bahrain. Resochem Consultants’ portfolio includes a wide range of certification services: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 27001 and more.

Fatema is a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001:2008. Recently, she completed a transition course for ISO 9001:2015. In her role as a consultant she performs the following functions:- Conducting gap analysis of the current system/business processes- Identifying significant business aspects and risk assessment- Developing documentation tailored to suit the company profile and business processes- Training the client to effectively use the system in compliance with the standard(s)- Ensuring implementation of the system- Assisting during the certification phase

Previously, Fatema gained her experience in Project Management. As a Project Analyst, she worked with Target Constructions (Eastern province, Saudi Arabia) and EPMA Inc. (Houston, TX) to facilitate clients: Zodiac Aerospace (Galveston, TX) & Energy Transfer (Houston, TX).

She is an Instrumentation and Control Engineer from National Institute of Technology, Trichy (India) & double Masters graduate from the University of Houston, Texas in majors: Technology Project Management and Foresight.

She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - in training certified professional. As a member of ASQ (Greater Houston Section 1405), she conducted a yearlong research where she executed Design for Six Sigma methodology (DFSS) to design an effective website for the organization. The research quantified website design parameters, allowing users to intuitively access information in less time as compared to the previous design. She was honoured with the opportunity to be a tutorial speaker for ASQ Houston in November 2015 to present her research.

Who May Submit: This online form may be used by a principal speaker, co-speaker, contact person, or a committee member submitting on behalf of a speaker.

Multiple Proposals: You may submit multiple proposals.

Conference Registration Fee:
The conference registration fee is waived for the principal speaker of accepted proposals. Speakers are responsible for their travel expenses and arrangements. Co-speakers will receive a 20% discount for the conference that they are presenting at.

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.


You will need the following to submit a proposal

Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces. 

Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces. 

Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.

Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.

Biography: The Biography must be 1,500 to 5,000 characters, including spaces.
