Registration Information

What is included in the Conference Registration Fee: The fee includes admission to technical sessions, exhibits, a copy of the Proceedings, and a certificate of attendance for 1.6 CEUs/RUs for each conference.

Government Discount

U.S. Government attendees will receive a $50 discount for each conference. For government rate each attendee must have a .gov, .mil, or .edu email address. We reserve the right to adjust the rate if the attendee is not able to provide the required email format.

Group Registrations

For groups of 3 or more, there is a $50 discount for each person and each conference based on the above prices. We reserve the right to adjust the rate if the number falls below 3 due to cancellations. When requesting the group rate, you must submit the payment information for everyone in your group at the same time.

Speakers/Co-Speakers

Please use the Registration Code that has been provided to you in your Speaker Acceptance letter. Principal Speakers receive free admission to the conference in which they are speaking. Additionally, each Principal Speaker is entitled to a 20% discount for their Co-Speakers. You may use this code for your Co-Speaker, or for a colleague. This code is for one time use only. Please note that complimentary (speakers) or discounted rate attendees are not eligible for Early Registration Gifts.

Certificates, CEUs, and Proceedings 

Attendees for the conference will receive an electronic copy of the Proceedings, a certificate of attendance for 1.6 CEUs/RUs. There will be additional CEU/RU and certificates for pre-conference and post-conference workshops.

Please note that you must pick up your conference or workshop certificate onsite. There will be $10 charge for shipping your certificate.

Visa Letter Request for International Attendees

Obtaining a Letter of Confirmation to Include with Your Visa Application

Do you need a letter confirming your conference registration to help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the conference? If so, we are happy to provide a confirmation letter. Please note that you must be a paid registrant to receive a letter from the Conference. Please note that this confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.

Call for Proposals

Proposal Submission Deadline:
October 11, 2019

Please make sure to review and prepare the material needed before you start the on-line Proposal Submission Form. Click here to see Proposal Submission Guidelines.

Who May Submit: This online form may be used by a principal speaker, co-speaker, contact person, or a committee member submitting on behalf of a speaker.

Multiple Proposals: You may submit multiple proposals.

Conference Registration Fee:
The conference registration fee is waived for the principal speaker of accepted proposals. Speakers are responsible for their travel expenses and arrangements. Co-speakers will receive a 30% discount for the conference that they are presenting at.

Length of Presentations: Technical sessions are typically 35 minutes. There will be a limited number of "double" sessions, 70 minutes, at the end of each day.


You will need the following to submit a proposal

Proposal Title: Maximum 80 characters including spaces. 

Keywords:Please include three keywords with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces. 

Industry Sector: Please select the most relevant Industry sector for the proposal from a list.

Abstract: The Abstract should be 1,500 to 5,000 characters (note that it is Characters, NOT words), including spaces.

Biography: The Biography must be 1,500 to 5,000 characters, including spaces.

Public Profile: LinkedIn or Public Profile for link for the Principal Speaker:
