Exhibitors will enjoy networking with qualified delegates, making it the perfect opportunity to launch a new products, collect feedback, and generate new leads.
- After you register as an exhibitor, we will send you a link for you to upload your company information to the Whova app. In a nutshell, these are the steps:
- Please login using your conference registration email.
- URL: Please provide the URL for your company website.
- Representative: Contact name and email address.
- Company Description: Up to 250 words
- Social Media Links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Products & Services: Exhibit Displays
- Exhibitor Uploads – Please email us.
- Logo: High resolution, in full color, height or width up to 2,000 pixels each, 600+ dpi/inch resolution. The file size should be less than 2 MB. Only JPEG or PNG are acceptable.
- Conference Ad: 8 ½ x 11 as PDF, up to 5 MB
Information will be available to attendees a month before and a month after the actual event. So, this extended opportunity for interaction with attendees presents a great advantage to in person exhibits.
