• a chair
• and a waste basket

Exhibitor Fee includes conference attendance to one person.

Second personnel will receive 20% off the conference registration fee based on the date of registration.

The conference will utilize the Whova app for the attendees, speakers and exhibitors to network.

There will be no additional fee for using the Whova app.

Please note that since exhibits are table-top, there is no decorating company involved. Therefore, there will be no pipe and drape, or electricity. You may bring light props and display items.

After you register as an exhibitor, please forward the following information to: papers@aqi.org by February 29, 2024. Please note that the conference staff will set up the Whova app for you.

Information will be available to attendees a month before and a month after the actual event. So, this extended opportunity for interaction with attendees presents a great advantage to in person exhibits.

1. Charges for receiving & holding are: $10 per item (25# maximum) or $125.00 per pallet
2. Shipments will only be accepted within 7 days of the group, conference or convention. Please do not indicate any employee name on the label.
3. The hotel cannot be responsible for mislabeled packages.
4. Special arrangements are necessary for any large (over 10 pieces) shipment: labor and storage charges will apply.
5. Fed-Ex and UPS are preferred in-bound shippers as they deliver directly to property.
